Cancellation Policy
At Jando Tutoring, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate adjustments to your sessions. However, the following policy applies to cancellations or rescheduling: - More than 24 hours before the session: $0 fee - Between 24 hours and 2 hours before the session: $10 fee - 2 hours before the session or no-show: full fee Tutors will wait for 15 minutes after the session start time. If the student does not attend within that time, the session will be marked as a no-show, and the no-show fee will apply. Please ensure to notify us promptly to avoid any unnecessary charges.
